Caldwell Partners (TSX:CWL), a Toronto, Canada-based executive search firm, announced its alliance with CPGroup Latam and the opening of offices in Latin America in a press release issued on 13 July, 2015. The new offices will be located in Bogota, Colombia; Caracas, Venezuela; Lima, Peru; Mexico City, Mexico; São Paulo, Brazil; Santiago, Chile; and Miami, Florida. CPGroup Latam's operations in these offices will be under the Caldwell Partners name, having access to the Canada-based firm's search methodology and processes and other intellectual property. CPGroup Latam was founded by partners of US-based head-hunting firm, CTPartners (NYSE:CTP).

Caldwell Partners (TSX:CWL), firma de búsqueda de ejecutivos con sede en Toronto, Canadá, ha anunciado su asociación con CPGroup Latam y la apertura de oficinas en Latinoamérica en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 13 de julio de 2015. Las nuevas oficinas se encuentran en Bogotá, Colombia; Caracas, Venezuela; Lima, Perú; México D.F., México; São Paulo, Brasil; Santiago de Chile; y Miami, Florida. Las operaciones de CPGroup Latam en esas oficinas serán bajo el nombre Caldwell Partners y contarán con acceso a la metodología y procesos de búsqueda y otra propiedad intelectual de la firma canadiense.
