El Consejo de Administración de la empresa española Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE) (BME: CUN) ha anunciado que propondrá en la próxima Junta General Ordinaria de Accionistas el lanzamiento de una OPA de exclusión para dejar de cotizar en las Bolsas de Madrid y Bilbao, según ha reportado la propia compañía en un Hecho Relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el día 28 de mayo de 2015.

En concreto, la compañía planteará una oferta de EUR 16,99 por acción, que se dirigiría de forma efectiva a 2.447.645 títulos representativos del 17,2% del accionariado. De este modo, el importe total de la OPA ascendería a aproximadamente EUR 41,59m.
