For Douglas, the acquisition represents a strategic investment in Spain, where it currently has 60 establishments and would add up to nearly 350 sales points. Other potential interested parties are international beauty brands, such as Druni or Sephora, the report stated.

Con esta adquisición, Douglas haría una apuesta estratégica en España, donde pasaría de los 60 establecimientos actuales a casi 350 puntos de venta. Otros posibles interesados en la operación son las firmas de belleza Druni y Sephora.
