CFE announces second call of tender for combined cycle power plant

Mexico's federal electricity commission (CFE) announced the launch of the second call for the tender of combined cycle power plant Topolobampo II, in the state of Sinaloa, in a press release issued on 12 November, 2015. The second call will be published on 17 November in the official journal. The project includes the development of the facilities, design, construction, test and set-up, operation and maintenance of the plant, which will be located in Ahome, Sinaloa, and will supply the power demand of western Mexico. The plant will run on natural gas.

La Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) de México ha anunciado el lanzamiento de la segunda convocatoria para la licitación de la Central de Ciclo Combinado Topolobampo II, en el estado de Sinaloa, en una nota de prensa publicada el 12 de noviembre de 2015. La segunda convocatoria será publicada el 17 de noviembre en el diario oficial. El proyecto incluye el desarrollo de las instalaciones, diseño, construcción, pruebas y puesta en servicio, operación y mantenimiento de la central, que estará ubicada en Ahome, Sinaloa, y cubrirá la demanda de energía del oeste de México. La central utilizará gas natural como combustible. |
