A CCR (BVMF:CCRO3), empresa com sede em São Paulo que atua no setor de infraestrutura, estuda a viabilidade de realizar uma Oferta Pública de Ações, segundo publicou a empresa em Comunicado no dia 26 de janeiro de 2017. Segundo o Comunicado, a OPA está dentre as opções de capitalização disponíveis no mercado e sua efetiva realização está sujeita, dentre outros fatores, às condições dos mercados de capitais nacional e internacional e à obtenção das aprovações societárias competentes. |
