CBRE, a real estate consulting firm and a subsidiary of US-basde CBRE, announced its intention of selling two or three shopping malls in Spain in 2016, as published by newspaper El Economista on 28 March 2016, citing the managing director for Spain and Portugal, José Antonio Martín-Borregón. Furthermore, CBRE estimates a EUR 500m investment in Spain in 2016, although José Antonio Martín-Borregón said this figure depends on factors such as financing, with the investors with which it works with, or the the political situation.

CBRE, firma de consultoría inmobiliaria y filial de la estadounidense CBRE, ha informado de que prevé vender entre dos y tres centros comerciales en el país durante este año, según ha publicado el diario el Economista el 28 de marzo de 2016, basándose en las declaraciones de José Antonio Martín-Borregón, managing director para España y Portugal de CBRE. Asimismo, la gestora CBRE prevé invertir por lo menos EUR 500m en 2016 en España, aunque José Antonio Martín-Borregón asegura que esta cifra dependerá de factores como la financiación, los inversores con los que trabajan o la situación política. |
