El fondo de inversión CBRE Global Investors está negociando la venta de cuatro centros comerciales en España. En concreto Gran Vía de Vigo y El Boulevard de Vitoria por EUR 100m cada uno y el Alcalá Magna y Moraleja Green en Madrid por EUR 80m aproximadamente. La venta total se estima en EUR 450m. Hasta la fecha CBRE Global Investors está estudiando varias ofertas recibidas, de las que el fondo norteamericano Oaktree podría situarse como posible comprador de alguno de los inmuebles. |
