Bupa Chile (BCS: BUPACL), empresa de seguros de salud, ha convocado una Junta Extraordinaria de Accionistas para analizar la propuesta de dejar de cotizar en la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros de Chile el 20 de julio de 2016. La Junta Extraordinaria de Accionistas se celebrará el 29 de agosto de 2016. |
