According to it, the companies will sell or divide the assets within 120 days from the signing date.

BrasilAgro (BVMF:BRCPY) y la compañía argentina Carlos Casado (NASDAQ:CADO; BVMF:CADO; BCBA:CADO) ha establecido un acuerdo en el que se comprometen a vender a terceros o dividir en partes equivalentes la totalidad de los activos de la empresa paraguaya Cresca, incluyendo las propiedades rurales, según ha publicado la propia BrasilAgro en un hecho relevante el día 6 de octubre de 2016. Según la publicación, las empresas deberán vender o dividir los activos dentro de 120 días que dan comienzo tras la firma del acuerdo.

A brasileira BrasilAgro (BVMF:BRCPY) e a empresa argentina Carlos Casado (NASDAQ:CADO; BVMF:CADO; BCBA:CADO) assinaram um acordo por meio do se comprometeram a vender a terceiros ou dividir em partes equivalentes a totalidade dos os ativos da empresa paraguaia Cresca, incluindo as propriedades rurais, segundo publicou a empresa brasileira em Fato Relevante do dia 6 de outubro de 2016. De acordo com a publicação, as empresas devem vender ou dividir os ativos dentro de 120 dias a contar da assinatura do acordo. |
