Brasil Pharma (BVMF: BPHA3), a Sao Paulo-based company engaged in retail trade of pharmaceutical products, is negotiating the sale of Drogarias Big Ben and Drogarias Rosario, reported Reuters newswire on 7 September 2016, citing sources close to the deal. Brasil Pharma will sell Drogaria Rosario Distrital to Profarma for approx. BRL 200m and Drogarias Big Ben to Grupo Ultrapar (BVMF: UGPA3) for approx. BRL 1bn (see intel related), the report noted. Brasil Pharma, which is controlled by BTG Pactual group, declined to comment, as Ultrapar and Profarma.

A Brasil Pharma (BVMF:BPHA3), empresa com sede em São Paulo que atua no comércio varejista de produtos farmacêuticos, estaria negociando a venda da Drogarias Big Ben e da Drogarias Rosário, segundo publicou a Reuters no dia 07 de setembro de 2016, citando fontes com conhecimento na operação. De acordo com a notícia, a Brasil Pharma vai vender a Drogaria Rosário Distrital para a Profarma por cerca de BRL 200m e a Drogarias Big Ben para o grupo Ultrapar (BVMF:UGPA3) por cerca de BRL 1bi (ver Intel relacionado).
