Banif avançará com novo aumento de capital

O presidente da Comissão Executiva do Banif Banco Internacional do Funchal, Jorge Tomé, confirmou hoje que a instituição vai avançar com um aumento de capital social sem aguardar pelo aval de Bruxelas ao seu plano de reestruturação. "O aumento do capital tem sido feito por tranches. Este ano, o banco já levantou 300 milhões de euros depois do quadro estabelecido com a Direcção-Geral de Concorrência relativamente às linhas estratégicas para o futuro", declarou Jorge Tomé aos jornalistas, em Ponta Delgada. |
