BancoEstado, a Santiago, Chile-based fund manager, announced the election of a new board in a filing published by Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 25 June, 2015. The shareholders made the appointments on 24 June, 2015. The new board members are Emilio Figueroa, Marcelo Hiriart, Antonio Bertrand, Carlos Curi, Luiz Sorge, and Cécile Besse. Their alternates are Victoria Martínez, María Verónica Hevia, Alexis Genkowsky, Dominique Lienart, Henri Auguste, and Ligia Torres, respectively. The board elected Emilio Figueroa president and Carlos Curi vice-president.

Banco del Estado de Chile, administrador de fondos con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la renovación de su directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 25 de junio de 2015. Los accionistas designaron a los nuevos directores el 24 de junio de 2015. Los directores titulares son Emilio Figueroa, Marcelo Hiriart, Antonio Bertrand, Carlos Curi, Luiz Sorge y Cécile Besse. Sus suplentes son Victoria Martínez, María Verónica Hevia, Alexis Genkowsky, Dominique Lienart, Henri Augustey Ligia Torres, respectivamente. El directorio eligió como presidente a Emilio Figueroa y como vicepresidente a Carlos Curi. |
