Banco WWB, entidad financiera colombiana, podría ingresar al mercado de giros de dinero y habría iniciado negociaciones para comprar un intermediario, según ha informado El Tiempo el 7 de febrero de 2017, citando fuentes cercanas al asunto. En concreto, la junta directiva habría dado la aprobación para que se adelante el proceso de compra de un agente cambiario, negocio sobre el cual no se han proporcionado mayores datos. Esta operación estaría sujeta a la realización de acuerdos vinculantes, así como como a la autorización de la Superintendencia Financiera y demás trámites legales necesarios. |
