Synopsis

Banco Popular (BME: POP), a Spanish financial institution, may have put up for sale a portfolio of real estate assets valued at EUR 4bn, and a portfolio of buildings and non-performing loans valued at EUR 4bn, as published by newspaper Expansión on 20 January 2016.

This sale would be carried out through Aliseda, a real estate company held by Banco Popular with 49% and by Värde Partners with 51% of the capital.

La entidad financiera española Banco Popular (BME: POP) podría haber puesto a la venta una cartera de inmuebles valorada en EUR 4.000m, y una cartera que comprendería inmuebles y créditos impagados, también valorada en EUR 4.000m, según ha señalado el diario Expansión el 20 de enero de 2016.

El procedimiento de venta se llevaría a cabo a través de Aliseda, empresa inmobiliaria participada en un 49% por Banco Popular y en un 51% por Värde Partners.
