Maluhy, an executive at Brazil-based Banco Itaú Unibanco (BVMF:ITUB3; NYSE:ITUB), will replace current CEO, Boris Buvinic, who submitted his resignation. Buvinic will step down on 31 December and will become a board member at the bank.

Banco Itaú Chile, entidad bancaria con sede en Santiago, ha anuciado la designación de Milton Maluhy como gerente general, con vigencia a partir del 1 de enero de 2016, en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 10 de noviembre de 2015.

Maluhy, ejecutivo del brasileño Banco Itaú Unibanco (BVMF:ITUB3; NYSE:ITUB), reemplazará al gerente actual, Boris Buvinic, que ha presentado su renuncia. Buvinic dejará el cargo el 31 de diciembre y asumirá como director del banco.
