Banco BPI (Euronext Lisbon: BPI), a Portugal-based bank headquartered in Lisbon, approved the new Board of the General Meeting, according to "Sapo" on July 22, 2016. The new Board of the General Meeting, approved the proposal of the Board of Directors by 99.96% of the votes, under which was elected the new composition of the General Meeting for the performance of duties, by the end of the current mandate (2014/2016), constituted as follows: President: Carlos Osório e Castro; Vice-President: Agostinho Cardoso Guedes; Secretary of the Board: Maria Alexandra Magalhães; and Secretary of the Board: Luis Sousa Amorim.

O Banco BPI (Euronext Lisboa: BPI) , com sede em Lisboa, aprovou uma nova composição da Mesa da Assembleia Geral, segundo publicou o Sapo em 22 de julho de 2016. De acordo com a publicação, a Assembleia Geral assim constituída aprovou por 99.96% dos votos expressos, a proposta do Conselho de Administração nos termos da qual foi eleita a nova composição da Mesa da Assembleia Geral para o exercício de funções até ao final do presente mandato (2014/2016), assim constituída: Presidente: Carlos Osório e Castro; Vice-Presidente: Agostinho Cardoso Guedes; Secretária da Mesa: Maria Alexandra Magalhães; e Secretário da Mesa: Luís Sousa Amorim. |
