CEO of Banco BTG Pactual (BVMF:BPAC3), André Esteves, could be negotiating the sale of a 50% stake in Angola-based PetroAfrica to an Iranian group. To carry out this sale, Esteves may have partnered with Lebanese entrepreneur, a specialist in investments and financial speculation, Nakji Nahas, as reported by newspaper Veja Abril on 16 May 2015. The remaining 50% of the capital is held by Brazil-based Petrobras (BVMF:PETR3) (BCBA: PESA). Esteves and Nahas' plan would include Petrobras also negotiating its stake with the Iranian group.

Para o negócio Esteves poderia haver-se aliado com o empresário libanês especialista em investimentos, Naji Nahas, segundo publicou o meio Veja Abril no dia 16 de maio de 2015. Os 50% restantes do capital social da PetroAfrica é detido pela petroleira brasileira Petrobras (BVMF:PETR3) (BCBA: PESA). O plano de Esteves e Nahas seria que a Petrobras também incluíra sua participação na PetroAfrica no negócio com os iranianos. |
