BBVA Real Estate and Anida, Spain-based real estate companies owned by BBVA (BME:BBVA), appointed Javier Rodríguez Soler head of the entities, reported Vozpópuli on 23 December 2016, citing sector sources. According to the report, Rodríguez is replacing Agustín Vidal-Aragón BBVA Head of Real Estate Division to promote the sale of real estate portfolios to investment funds and to accelerate the reduction of the housing balance. Currently, the bank still has over EUR 22bn in real estate exposure in Spain.

BBVA Real Estate y Anida, inmobiliarias española perteneciente al banco BBVA (BME:BBVA), han nombrado a Javier Rodríguez Soler como máximo responsable al frente de la entidad, según ha informado Vozpópuli el 23 de diciembre de 2016, citando a fuentes del sector. Según lo publicado, Javier Rodríguez Soler sustituirá a Agustín Vidal-Aragón al mando de la división inmobiliaria del BBVA con el objetivo de otorgar mayor peso a la venta de carteras inmobiliarias a fondos de inversión, y para acelerar la reducción del balance inmobiliario. Actualmente, el banco tiene todavía más de EUR 22.000m en exposición inmobiliaria en España. |
