Axiare receives funding from ING, BBVA and CaixaBank for new acquisitions

Axiare Patrimonio (BME AXIA),a Spain-based real estate management company, attained four financing agreements with different banks worth EUR 144m, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on 22 December 2016. Axiare is thus maintaining its policy of asset purchase and subsequent funding. The company closed two financing agreements with ING, worth EUR 75.7m and EUR 23.7m, with BBVA (BME:BBVA), worth EUR 24m, and with CaixaBank (BME:CABK), worth EUR 20m. The REIT will also allocate the resources to make new acquisitions and to manage its portfolio.

Axiare Patrimonio (BME:AXIA), empresa española dedicada a la gestión inmobiliaria, ha logrado cuatro acuerdos de financiación con diferentes bancos por valor de EUR 144m, que podrá destinar parcialmente a la realización de nuevas adquisiciones, según ha informado la compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 22 de diciembre de 2016. Del mismo modo, Axiare ha recibido los fondos en línea con su política de compra de activos financiándolos posteriormente. Así, esta financiación ha sido firmada con ING por importe de EUR 75,7m y EUR 23,7m, con BBVA (BME:BBVA) por valor de EUR 24m y con CaixaBank (BME:CABK) por importe de EUR 20m. |
