Avnet (NYSE.AVN), a Phoenix, Arizona-based distributor of electronics, computer products, and integrated technology, signed a distribution agreement with Israel-based Mellanox Technologies (NASDAQ:MLNX) in Latin America, announced Avnet in a press release issued on 14 December 2016. Under the agreement, Avnet will distribute the solutions of Mellanox, engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sale of interconnect products, in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico. Mellanox specializes in end-to-end Ethernet and InfiniBand intelligent interconnect solutions.
