Atlantia (BIt:ATL), a Rome, Italy-based highway construction and operation company, is said to be analyzing making a bid to acquire 51% of Mexico City-based Red de Carreteras de Occidente (RCO), reported Reuters Latin America on 1 February 2017, citing three sources with knowledge of the matter. According to the report, Atlantia would be planning to submit a bid along with several Mexican partners to acquire 51% of RCO, a concession holder of several highways in Mexico, from Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS). If the bid prospers, Atlantia would spend up to EUR 650m in its part of the acquisition, the report stated.

Atlantia (BIt:ATL), empresa dedicada a la construcción y gestión de autopistas con sede en Roma, Italia, estaría analizando realizar una oferta para adquirir un 51% de la empresa mexicana Red de Carreteras de Occidente (RCO), ha publicado Reuters América Latina el 1 de febrero de 2017, citando a tres fuentes con conocimiento del tema. Según lo publicado, Atlantia estaría planeando presentar una oferta junto a varios socios mexicanos para adquirir un 51% de RCO, concesionaria de diversas autopistas de México, a Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS).
