At least 10 investors are interested in the acquisition of Torre Yoemar, owned by the Chilean Hassan family, as published by Financial Gazette on 2 May 2016. Specifically, the sellers hired Chile-based Banmerchant, as financial advisor, from April 2016, to be in charge of the bidding process. This tender has attracted at least ten investors who have requested the information regarding the acquisition of the entire building. The building is valued at approximately USD 20m. It has 16,000 m2 and 17 floors: five underground, 300 parking spaces and a commercial area.

Al menos 10 inversionistas se encuentran interesados en la compra de la Torre Yoemar, propiedad de la familia Hassan de Chile, según ha informado Diario Financiero el 2 de mayo de 2016. En concreto, los propietarios de la torre han contratado a la chilena Banmerchant, firma de asesoramiento financiero, para que se hiciera cargo de la licitación del inmueble a partir de finales de abril de 2016. A raíz del proceso de licitación que se ha abierto, al menos se ha visto el interés de diez inversionistas que han solicitado las bases en las que podrán adquirir el edificio completo, medias plantas o completas del activo. El edificio se encuentra valorado en los USD 20m, aproximadamente, el cual consta de 16.000 m2 útiles, distribuidos 17 pisos, cinco subterráneos, 300 estacionamientos y una placa comercial. |
