Alsea (BMV: ALSEA), a Mexico-based restaurant management company, could be interested in restaurant assets held by private equity firm Advent International, as reported by newspaper Infosel on 11 May 2015. However, Accival Casa de Bolsa informed this transaction may not be well received by the market. The restaurants to be acquired by Alsea in Mexico could register annual revenues of approximately MXN 700m.

La compañía mexicana Alsea (BMV: ALSEA), dedicada a la gestión de restaurantes, podría estar interesada en activos de restaurantes propiedad de la firma de private equity Advent International, según ha publicado Infosel el 11 de mayo de 2015.. Sin embargo, Accival Casa de Bolsa ha señalado que esta operación podría no ser recibida con agrado por el mercado. El conjunto de restaurantes que podría adquirir Alsea están ubicados en México y cuentan con unos ingresos anuales cercanos a MXN 700m. |
