Pacific E&P (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC), a Toronto-based oil company, announced an agreement under which Mexico-based Alfa (BMV:ALFA) and Panama-based O'Hara Administration Co. nominated two candidates each to the oil company's board, in a press release issued on 31 August, 2015. Alfa nominated José de Jesús Valdez Simancas and Raul Millares. O'Hara nominated Alejandro Betancourt and Orlando Alvarado. Due to these nominations, board members Miguel Rodríguez, Neil Woodyer, Victor Rivera, and Germán Efromovich submitted their resignation.

La petrolera canadiense Pacific E&P (TSX:PRE; BVC:PREC) ha anunciado un acuerdo con el que la mexicana Alfa (BMV:ALFA) y la panameña O'Hara Administration Co. han nominado dos candidatos cada una para el directorio de la petrolera, en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 31 de agosto de 2015. Alfa ha nominado a José de Jesús Valdez Simancas y Raul Millares. O'Hara ha nominado a Alejandro Betancourt y Orlando Alvarado. En virtud de estas nominaciones, los directores Miguel Rodríguez, Neil Woodyer, Victor Rivera y Germán Efromovich han renunciado. |
