Spanish non-profits Institutos Tecnológicos de la Madera y el Mueble (Aidima) and Metalmecánico (Aimme) have agreed on a merger to be carried out at the beginning of 2016, aiming to strengthen their R&D and the competitiveness of their industries. This agreement was approved at the companies' general meetings. This was a joint decision made by the two companies. With this merger, Aidima and Aimme aim to use the synergies of the two centers, for a better use and rationalization of their structures and thus maximize their human resources.

Los Institutos Tecnológicos de la Madera y el Mueble (Aidima) y el Metalmecánico (Aimme), ambos asociaciones españolas sin ánimo de lucro, han acordado fusionarse a principios de 2016 con el fin de fortalecer el I+D+i y la competitividad de sus sectores. Este acuerdo será sometido en sus respectivas Asambleas Generales próximamente para su aprobación. Es una decision tomada de forma conjunta por ambas asociaciones. Con ello buscarán aprovechar las sinergias existentes entre ambos centros, gracias a un mayor aprovechamiento y racionalización de sus estructuras y así potenciar al máximo sus recursos humanos. |
