La española Aena podría pasar a controlar el 51% del capital social de la compañía concesionaria de Luton Airport si ejerce un derecho de compra sobre un 11% del accionariado que actualmente está en manos de la firma de private equity francesa Ardian (antigua AXA Private Equity). Ambas compañías adquirieron la concesionaria en una operación en noviembre de 2013 en la que la española TBI vendió el 100% del capital social de la empresa británica. Actualmente, Aena dispone de un plazo hasta octubre para realizar la operación. |
