Acciona (BME:ANA), a Spain-based company engaged in the development, production, and management of renewable energy, water and infrastructure, and Merlin Properties (BME:MRL), a Madrid, Spain-based real estate group, would be seeking to merge flat rental subsidiaries, reported Europa Press on 10 January 2017, citing sources familiar with the matter. Specifically, the companies could merge their respective affiliates of housing for rent, Testa Residencial and Acciona Real Estate, in a deal estimated to be worth around EUR 350m. The integration would turn Testa Residencial into the greatest real estate company of rental flats in the country. One of the company's medium-term goals is the launch of an IPO.

Acciona (BME: ANA), empresa española de promoción, producción y gestión de energías renovables, agua e infraestructuras, y Merlin Properties (BME:MRL), empresa inmobiliaria con sede en Madrid, estarían buscando fusionar sus filiales de alquiler de pisos, según ha infoirmado Europa Press el 10 de enero de 2017, citando fuentes cercanas al asunto. En concreto, las compañías podrían fusionar sus respectivas filiales de vivienda en alquiler, Testa Residencial y Acciona Real Estate, en una operación estimada en unos EUR 350m. La integración consolidaría a Testa Residencial como la mayor inmobiliaria de pisos en renta del país, que tiene como uno de sus objetivos de medio plazo su eventual salida a Bolsa. |
