Las compañías españolas Abertis y AENA estudian la venta de su participación del 10% en el capital social de Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), compañía mexicana dedicada a la gestión de aeropuertos. Ambas vendedoras, que han contratado al banco de inversión BBVA Bancomer para llevar a cabo el mandato de venta, pretenden recaudar alrededor de EUR 340m con esta desinversión. Entre los posibles candidatos como compradores podrían estar el empresario mexicano Carlos Slim y el también mexicano Germán Larrea, aunque ninguno ha presentado ninguna oferta en firme. |
