Abengoa (BME: ABG.P), a Seville-based technology company, announced its decision to propose a capital increase in its shareholders' assembly for EUR 650m in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on 3 August, 2015. Additionally, Abengoa launched a new divestment plan worth EUR 500m, which includes EUR 400m announced on 31 July, as well as other bio-energy assets.

El consejo de administración de Abengoa (BME: ABG.P), empresa de tecnología con sede en España, ha aprobado proponer en su junta de accionistas la realización de una ampliación de capital por un importe de unos EUR 650m, según ha publicado la compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 3 de agosto de 2015. Adicionalmente, Abengoa ha lanzado un nuevo plan de desinversiones por un total de EUR 500m, que incluyen los EUR 400m ya anunciados el pasado viernes 31 de julio, así como desinversiones adicionales de activos de bioenergía. |
