French insurance company AXA Group (Euronext Paris:CS) plans new acquisitions in the Brazilian market, as published by newspaper Isto é Dinheiro on 25 October 2015, citing its president for Brazil, Philippe Jouvelot.

According to Philippe Jouvelot, at the moment it is easier to start a business in Brazil because the exchange rate is favorable, and the return on investment, benefits from high interest rates. He added, "with this favorable exchange rate, everything we buy is cheaper. Money invested brings more profit. We invest BRL 500m and the return is 14.25% instead of previous 8%.
