Spain-based ACS could be negotiating with Hong Kong sovereign fund the sale of a stake in Saeta Yield, which is currently inmersed in the middle of an IPO for a 51% stake in its share capital. (see related transaction) The sovereign fund would acquire between 5% and 10% of the capital, through which it would be one of the largest shareholders, following ACS and Global Infrastructure Parteners - GIP, which reached an agreement with ACS to subscribe up to 24,40% of the capital. La empresa española ACS podría estar negociando la entrada de un fondo soberano de Hong Kong en el accionariado de su filial Saeta Yield, que se encuentra inmersa en una salida a bolsa del 51% de su capital (ver transacción relacionada). El fondo soberano tomaría una participación de entre el 5% y el 10%, lo que lo colocaría como uno de accionistas con más participación de la compañía, tras ACS y Global Infrastructure Partners - GIP, que ha suscrito un acuerdo con ACS para adquirir hasta un 24,40% de Saeta Yield (ver transacción relacionada). |
