There were 387 deals in Mexico year-to-date, worth a combined USD 15bn, according to the November 2022 report published by TTR - Transactional Track Record.

The report provides monthly analysis of the Mexican M&A market and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates, while the software sector led venture capital investments in the country year-to-date.
