Via Varejo (BVMF: VVAR3), a home and electronics retalier, and its subsidiary Cnova Brasil, signed a partnership with Zurich Seguros, according to a company press release published on 16 December 2016. The companies signed a distribution agreement that insure Via Varejo and Cnova the exclusive sale and distribution of Zurich Seguros' policies, certificates and tickets. As a counterpart and as an advance payment for the sale of insurance products, Zurich Seguros will have to pay Via Varejo and Cnova, the total amount of BRL 270m, which can be offset with sale of products within the next 6 years .

A Via Varejo (BVMF:VVAR3), varejista de eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos, e a sua subsidiária Cnova Brasil, firmam uma parceria com a Zurich Seguros, segundo publicou a Via Varejo em comunicado no dia 16 de dezembro de 2016. As empresas firmaram um contrato de distribuição, que tem por objeto a angariação, venda e distribuição pela Via Varejo e pela Cnova, com exclusividade, de apólices, certificados e bilhetes de seguro da Zurich Seguros. Em contrapartida à exclusividade e a título de adiantamento de remunerações pela venda dos produtos de seguros, a Zurich Seguros deverá pagar a Via Varejo e a Cnova, o montante total de BRL 270m, que poderá ser compensado com vendas de produtos dentro dos próximos 6 anos. |
