EcoRodovias Infraestrutura e Logística (BVMF:ECOR3), engaged in infrastructure works and logistics and transport, announced that its controlling company Primav, held by CR Almeida – Engenharia e Construções, hired financial and legal advisors to analyze opportunities and alternate strategies to strengthen Primav's capital structure, as reported by the comapny through a relevant fact on 2 October 2015.

According to Relevant Fact, Primav further clarifies that up until now there is no definition as to which framework will be adopted (and whether it will be adopted), and there is no binding document or compromise with third parties with the terms of this possible initiative, nor any guarantee that a transaction will be carried out.

A Primav contratou assessores financeiros e jurídicos com o intuito de analisar oportunidades e alternativas estratégicas visando reforçar a estrutura de capital da Primav, segundo publicou a própria empresa em Fato Relevante no dia 2 de outubro de 2015.

A empresa esclarece ainda que, até a presente data, não há qualquer definição sobre qual estrutura será adotada (e se será adotada), bem como não há qualquer documento vinculante ou compromisso com terceiros estabelecendo termos dessa possível iniciativa, nem tampouco garantia de que será realizada qualquer operação nesse sentido.
