The current partners of Inbrands, a company that manages fashion brands in Brazil, seek to sell the company. Inbrands is held by Vinci Partners (39.47%), NABR (38.49%), and the former owners of acquired brands control the remaining capital. The objective is to sell 100% of the capital. BTG Pactual would manage this transaction.

NABR is a vehicle that groups stakes from Nelso Alvarenga and Américo Bréia, creators of brand Ellus, one of the brands managed by Inbrands jointly with Richards, R, Salinas, Mandi and Tommy Hilfiger.

Although there is speculation that Alpargatas might be interested in acquiring Inbrands. Rumors have not been confirmed by any of the parties involved.

A Inbrands, holding dedicada à gestão de várias grifes de moda no Brasil quer ser vendida pelos seus sócios atuais. A empresa até agora é controlada majoritariamente pela Vinci Partners que detém 39,47% do seu capital social e pela NABR que possui 38,49% de participação, o percentagem restante é propriedade dos antigos donos das marcas que adquiriu a holding para a sua gestão que passaram a ser sócios da Inbrands. A venda pretende ser do 100% do seu capital social e toda a operação seria gerida pelo banco BTG Pactual.

A NABR é o veículo que reúne as participações de Nelson Alvarenga e Américo Bréia, criadores da marca Ellus, uma das grifes que gire atualmente a Inbrands junto com Richards, R, Salinas, Mandi e Tommy Hilfiger.

Ainda que há especulações de que a Alpargatas poderia estar interessada na compra da holding, os rumores não foram confirmados por nenhuma das partes envolvidas.
