OHL (BME:OHL), grupo de construcción con sede en España, podría acelerar desinversiones para cubrir nuevas y futuras pérdidas, según ha informado Expansión el 18 de noviembre de 2016. Además de la venta de autopistas en Latinoamérica (ver intel relacionado), OHL vendería el complejo Canalejas en Madrid y los hoteles mexicanos de Mayacobá. Con esta última operación el grupo podría captar en torno a EUR 300m. Estas desinversiones forman parte del plan para salir de la actual crisis que atraviesa la empresa. Los recursos se emplearán para cubrir las necesidades de caja de los proyectos en construcción con dificultades y para financiar la autopistas adjudicadas en Colombia, Chile y Perú.

OHL (BME:OHL), a Spain-based construction group, could accelerate divestments to cover new and future losses, reported Expansión on 18 November 2016. In addition to the sale of highways in Latin America (see related intel), OHL could sell the Canalejas complex in Madrid and the Mexican Mayacoba hotels. Through this last transaction, the group could fetch around EUR 300m. These divestments are part of a plan to exit the current crisis the company is undergoing. The funds will be used to cover cash requirements of projects under construction with difficulties and to finance highways awarded in Colombia, Chile, and Peru. |
