Nextel Brasil, a telecommunications company, may have hired US-based Rothschild to study strategic opportunities for its sale, as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 2 February 2016. According to the news, Rothschild may have invited several companies to access Nextel Brasil's financial data and to analyze possible acquisition proposal.
