La empresa española FacePhi Biometria (MAB: FACE) ha decidido que iniciará los trámites para solicitar la admisión a negociación de sus acciones en el Alternative Investment Market de Londres (AIM), según ha informado en un hecho relevante remitido al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) el 29 de junio de 2016.

Así lo ha decidido por unanimidad la La Junta General Ordinaria y Extraordinaria de Accionistas de FacePhi Biometria, empresa dedicada al desarrollo de software para aplicaciones de biometría como el reconocimiento facial, que tiene previsto cotizar mediante una operación privada o dual listing.

Con esta operación la compañía busca dar mayor liquidez y visibilidad a sus títulos para que puedan ser más atractivos a sus inversores.

El Alternative Investment Market de Londres (AIM) es el equivalente al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) de la Bolsa de Londres.

Spain-based FacePhi Biometria (MAB: FACE) has decided to begin the listing process to begin trading shares on the Alternative Investment Market in London (AIM), as reported through a relevant fact submitted to the Alternative Market MAB, on 29 June 2016.

This was a unanimous decision made by the Shareholders Board at the Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meeting of FacePhi Biometria, a company engaged in software development for biometry applications such as facial recognition. The company plans to start trading through a private transaction or dual listing.

With this deal, the comapny seeks to improve liquidity and visibility of its titles, so they may be more attractive to investors.

The Alternative Investment Market in London (AIM) is the equivalent to Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) of the London Stock Exchange.
