Cyrela Brazil Realty (BVMF:CYRE3), a real estate company based in São Paulo, and Coelho da Fonseca, a company in the same line of business als based in São Paulo, signed a partnership agreement, as published by newspaper Exame on 28 September 2015, citing Cyrela's Co-President and son of its founder, Efraim Horn, and Coelho da Fonseca's founder, Alvaro Coelho da Fonseca.

Together, the two companies will launch two projects in Faria Lima Avenue area, which is one of the most expensive square meters in the country.

According to the news, building NE Sixty, which will be launched on 1 October, was designed by Yoo's London office, owned by John Hitchox and Philippe Starck - the most famous designer in the world. Some of his well-known works include a custom-designed yacht for Apple's founder, Steve Jobs.

A Cyrela Brazil Realty (BVMF:CYRE3) e a Coelho da Fonseca, ambas sediadas em São Paulo e atuantes no segmento imobiliário realizaram uma parceira, segundo publicou a Exame em 28 de setembro de 2015, citando ao Copresidente da Cyrela e filho do fundador, Efraim Horn, e o fundador da Coelho da Fonseca, Álvaro Coelho da Fonseca.

Juntas as duas empresas vão lançar dois empreendimentos na região da Avenida Faria Lima, onde está um dos metros quadrados mais caros do país.

De acordo com a notícia, o edifício NE Sixty, que será lançado no dia 1º de outubro, tem a assinatura do escritório londrino de design Yoo, dos renomados John Hitchox e Philippe Starck - o designer mais famoso do mundo, que tem entre seus trabalhos mais conhecidos um iate desenhado sob medida para o fundador da Apple, Steve Jobs.
