La Vicepresidencia de Colombia ha anunciado la publicación de los pliegos de condiciones para el tercer paquete de licitaciones de autopistas de cuarta generación, que llevará a cabo la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI), en una nota de prensa emitida el 23 de noviembre de 2015.

Este tercer paquete incluirá la licitación de las autopistas Bucaramanga-Pamplona y Pamplona-Cúcuta. Entre el 15 de diciembre y mediados de marzo de 2016, se recibirán las propuestas de los consorcions interesados, y a fines de abril de 2016, se realizarán las audiencias públicas de licitación.

La autopista Bucaramanga-Pamplona tendrá una extensión de 133 km y contará con una inversion de COP 803.158m (aproximadament USD 265m); mientras que la autopista Pamplona-Cúcuta tendrá una extensión de 62 km y tendrá un costo de COP 1,2bn (aproximadament USD 396m).

The vice-presidency of Colombia announced the publication of the specifications for the third package of tenders of fourth generation highways, which will be carried out by the national infrastructure agency (ANI), in a press release issued on 23 November, 2015.

The third package will include the tender of highways Bucaramanga-Pamplona and Pamplona-Cúcuta. Between 15 December and the first half of March 2016, interested bidders will be able to submit proposals and, at the end of April 2016, the public audiences for the tenders will be held.

Highway Bucaramanga-Pamplona will extend for 133 km and will require an investment of COP 803.15bn (approximately USD 265m); while highway Pamplona-Cúcuta will extend for 62 km and will cost COP 1.2tn (approximately 396m).
