Carrefour's CFO Pierre-Jean Sivignon, announced the group's intention to carry out an IPO through its subsidiary Carrefour Brasil, throughout 2015. Although the plan is to execute it this year, it is still subject to economic conditions in the country. The last transaction where Carrefour Brasil was involved was the sale of a 10% stake in its share capital to Brazilian entrepreneur Abílio Diniz, which was part of the company's expansion strategy in Brazil.

O vice-presidente financeiro do Carrefour, Pierre-Jean Sivignon, divulgou a intenção do grupo francês de abrir o capital ( IPO) de sua filial Carrefour Brasil ao longo de 2015 na bolsa do país. Ainda que o plano da empresa é que a operação aconteça neste ano, esta sujeita as condições econômicas que venham encontrando. A ultima transação onde estive envolvida a subsidiária brasileira do Carrefour foi na venda de uma fatia de 10% de seu capital para o empresário brasileiro Abílio Diniz, operação que fiz parte da estratégia de expansão da companhia no Brasil. |
