La Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) de México ha anunciado la precalificación de 13 empresas petroleras a la primera fase de la Ronda 2 de licitaciones petroleras, ha publicado El Economista el 19 de enero de 2017, citando una conferencia de prensa de la entidad.

En concreto, las empresas en cuestión son las mexicanas Citla Energy y Sierra Oil & Gas; las estadounidenses Chevron (NYSE: CVX), Conoco Phillips, Noble Energy (NYSE: NBL) y Hunt Oil Company; las británicas BP (British Petroleum) (LSE: BP), Premier Oil y Ophir Energy (LSE: OPHR); la holandesa Royal Dutch Shell (Euronext Amsterdam/LSE: RDSA); la noruega Statoil (Oslo Børs: STO); la italiana Eni (BIT: ENI); y la alemana DEA Group.

La Ronda 2.1 incluye 15 campos en aguas someras del Golfo de México. Los resultados de la licitación se anunciarán el 19 de junio de 2017 (ver intel relacionado).

The national hydrocarbons commission (CNH) of Mexico announced the pre-qualification of 13 oil companies in the first stage of the second round (Ronda 2) of oil tenders, reported El Economista on 19 January 2017, citing a press conference held by the entity.

Specifically, the companies in question are Mexico-based Citla Energy and Sierra Oil & Gas; US-based Chevron (NYSE:CVX), Conoco Phillips, Noble Energy (NYSE:NBL), and Hunt Oil Company; UK-based BP (British Petroleum) (LSE:BP), Premier Oil, and Ophir Energy (LSE:OPHR); Netherlands-based Royal Dutch Shell (Euronext Amsterdam/LSE:RDSA); Norway-based Statoil (Oslo Børs:STO); Italy-based Eni (BIT:ENI); and Germany-based DEA Group.

Ronda 2.1 includes 15 fields in shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The results of the tender will be announced on 19 June 207 (see related intel).
