Banco BTG Pactual, through its subsidiary Brasil Pharma, a management company of pharmaceutical chains and assets, is considering the sale of assets and stakes it holds in some networks, to face its financial challenges. These networks could include Drogarias Big Ben and Drogaria Mais Econômica. Drogarias Big Ben operates in the North of Brazil, with some 250 stores. Drogaria Mais Econômica ahs 180 stores and operates in the South of Brazil.
