América Móvil (BMV: AMX; NYSE: AMX; NASDAQ: AMOV), operador de telefonía móvil mexicano, ha acordado vender al mercado acciones representativas del 7,8% del capital social de Telekom Austria (WB: TKA), según ha informado América Móvil en un hecho relevante remitido a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores el 28 de julio de 2016. La venta reducirá la participación directa e indirecta de la empresa en Telekom Austria del 59,70% al 51,89%.
