Según el informe anual de M&A de TTR Data, el mercado de fusiones y adquisiciones en España ha contabilizado un total de 3.060 transacciones y un capital movilizado de aproximadamente EUR 89.468m en 2022. El informe presenta, además, un análisis completo y correlacional de las transacciones más destacadas del ámbito cross-border, así como de los sectores más activos del mercado, donde destaca el sector inmobiliario, con 647 transacciones. Se incluyen también las league tables, que reflejan la actividad de los asesores jurídicos y financieros, teniendo en cuenta las transacciones anunciadas en 2022.

PORTUGAL

There were 540 deals in Portugal year-to-date, worth a combined EUR 12.8bn, according to 2022 annual report published by TTR Data. The report provides updated data on the Portuguese M&A market, where Spain-based buyers led inbound investments. Spain was the preferred destination for outbound deals led by Portugal-based companies, meanwhile. The report also includes a breakdown of M&A activity by sector, alongside information and data related to Private Equity and Venture Capital investments. League tables in the final pages of the report rank the top legal and financial advisors by the volume of deals announced in 2022.
