Sambil, a Chacao, Venezuela-based operator of shopping centers and other real estate projects, will launch its first shopping center in Spain in March 2017, thus marking its foray into the European market, reported EFE Empresas on 20 September 2016, citing a company release. The Sambil Outlet Madrid already has an occupation of 76% of its leasable area and expects to reach 80% at the time of the opening, scheduled for 27 March 2017.

Sambil, gestora de centros comerciales y otros proyectos inmobiliarios con sede en Chacao, Venezuela, abrirá su primer centro comercial en España en marzo de 2017 y, de esta manera, incursionará en el mercado europeo, ha publicado EFE Empresas el 20 de septiembre de 2016, citando un comunicado de la empresa. El Sambil Outlet Madrid ya tiene una ocupación del 76% de su superficie alquilable y espera llegar al 80% al momento de la apertura, planeada para el 27 de marzo de 2017. |
