La compañía de telecomunicaciones estadounidense AT&T ha anunciado que venderá el 8% del capital social que posee en la mexicana América Móvil, propiedad del empresario mexicano Carlos Slim. Esta desinversión facilitará a AT&T conseguir la aprobación regulatoria en América Latina para la compra de DirecTV, el mayor proveedor de televisión satelital de Estados Unidos por USD 48.500m. |
