According to Transactional Track Record's annual M&A Report, Argentina's mergers and acquisitions market closed the fourth quarter of the year with 200 deals, reaching USD 14.65bn in invested capital.
The report provides an annual analysis of the Argentinian landscape which shows the market's dynamic. It also presents a complete analysis correlating the market's most active sectors, as well as the most prominent transactions of the cross-border segment, which shows US-based companies were the ones that made the most acquisitions of Argentina-based companies year to date. Regarding venture capital, technology companies were the most attractive for investors.
